This is ahybrid / remote position only candidates in Middle Tennessee and ableto commute to Nashville TN regularly will beconsidered.

• The Project Manager Sr. will serve as a cloudsubject matter expert and trusted advisor providing technicalsupport and architectural guidance to leadership business partnersand internal teams.
• TennCare InformationSystems is responsible for providing high availability performanceand support to the timely coordination and provision of health careservices.
• The Project Manager Sr. isresponsible for advanced technology architecture engineering andadministration. . This role oversees all system related activitiesincluding the delivery of comprehensive strategies that enableinfrastructure transformation defining policy managing prioritiesinfrastructure provisioning managing budget and ensuring thatservice delivery is on time on budget and of maximumquality.
• The Project Manager Sr. will beoverseeing test plans test scenarios and validating the programactivities ensuring the operational requirements are adheredto.

Responsibilities :

• Provide support for extensive configurations movingsensitive data to and between environments. Identifying buildoptimization cloud relationship management and setting directionfor the future of cloud computing systems.
• Oversee infrastructure and engineer applicationinteroperability. Oversee the system computing initiatives withinTennCare and for directing the architectural aspects of a systemsteam across all aspects of IT and the business.
• Provide Cloud Brokerage support for federated interfacesinto multiple cloudproviders requiring rapid provisioning of newlystandardized services.
• Will work as systemleaders alongside all vendor partners customers and teams leadingpolicy process and technical discussions to help speed adoption ofsystem technologies and practices
• Providesupport for maintaining and optimizing all tools that supportdelivery and availability of cloud services. Responsible for theITIL compliant service development process used to establish thecloud service offerings and make them accessible.
• Working with other teams (Architecture Business RelationsPMO) implementation of additional capabilities and features in theservice desk application as needed to support and facilitateadoption.
• Providing migration as a service insupport of cloud service offerings and adoption. Working with otherteams (Applications Infrastructure Engineering Business RelationsBusiness Owners etc.

to plan execute test and transitionapplication migrations. Address immediate training testing andimplementation needs for the current level of onprem and cloudmaturity.

• Develop a plan for supporting eachmaturity level and a training testing and implementation schedulethat aligns with any Cloud Adoption Roadmap.
• Engage and manage stakeholders and vendors for thepurposes of gathering feedback and offering guidance. Demonstrateleadership ability to back decisions with research and the why andarticulate several options the pros and cons for each and arecommendation.

Minimum qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer EngineeringInformation Technology or relevant field.
• 10years experience designing executing and supporting IT solutions orsystems.
• Experience in a broad set oftechnologies related to applications and ITinfrastructure
• Effective communication skills(written and verbal) to properly articulate complicated systemfunctionalities to management and other IT developmentpartners.
• Team player and experience withmanaging vendor teams.
• Experience working in ahealthcare environment preferred.
• Substitutionof experience for education : Experience equivalent to fifteen (15)or more years of qualifying professional experience in positionsassociated with designing / architecting IT solutions or systemsmanaging IT projects and managing teams.

Desirablequalifications :

Great communication skills andable to manage multiple projects.
