Requirements :
- 5 years of commercial generalconstruction experience working on projects ranging 20M insize
- Highly prefersomeone that has worked on schools rec centers libraries assistedliving and has that projectexperience
- Highschool diploma or GEDequivalent
- 30hour OSHAcertification
- Strong interpersonal skills withthe ability to work with individuals at alllevels
- Proven organizational and analyticalskills
- Demonstrated ability to read understandand interpret drawings contract / insurance documents and forms andmake appropriate recommendations to field operationsteam
- Negotiation skills with ability to workcohesively as part of a team
- Meticulousattention to detail and problemsolving skills
