Job Description / Key Responsibilities The Director of Family and Clinical Services primary responsibility is to conduct 1 : 1 teleconsultation services (over phone or video chat) across two distinct teams : A parent training program, consisting of parents and caregivers raising children with various learning and behavioral needs A neurodiversity at work program, consisting of both neurodivergent professionals and / or their managers The Director will put emphasis on the ongoing nature of consultation and strive to ensure regular follow-ups with the client are achieved.

They will log notes, recommendations, referrals, and respond to client messages within 1 business day. This role includes providing guidance and education around : Behavior analytic tips and strategies to implement in the home / community (e.

g., potty training, social skills, advocacy skills, activities of daily living, etc.) The school system / IEP process / transition to adulthood programming Navigating diagnoses, disclosure, self-advocacy, and building executive functioning skills in the workplace Referrals to other company-sponsored benefits when appropriate (EAP, health plan, etc.

This role will operate as an individual contributor but collaborate regularly with fellow Directors on case review and shared problem-solving.

This role also can expand into related activities, such as article writing and webinar hosting, if desired. Required Education, Licenses, and Certification Master’s Degree or above Board Certified Behavior Analyst Skills and Experience Minimum 5 years working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities utilizing modern, ethical, compassionate, and person-centered ABA principles Minimum 3 years conducting parent training utilizing ABA and cultural humility principles Experience supporting neurodivergent professionals (e.
