Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of progressive experience in automation engineering with advanced technical expertise.

What You'll Do
- Review technical requirements and documentation to design effective automation solutions.
- Partner with developers to embed automated testing within CI / CD workflows.
- Mentor QA colleagues by conducting code reviews and offering hands-on support with automation best practices.
- Keep frameworks current through regular enhancements, debugging, and optimization.
- Produce clear documentation and deliver training to increase team adoption of automation tools.
- Safeguard all sensitive and confidential data in alignment with firm standards.
