Position Details / Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Civil Engineering Land Development
- EIT, PE preferred but not required.
- Plan and design residential, commercial, and industrial development projects, including lot layout, grading, stormwater management, and utilities for national and local land developers.
- Prepare and review drawings and specifications documenting the systems designed
- Highly Proficient in the following : AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Project, MS Office
- Land Surveying experience, knowledge a plus
- Must be self-motivated and hardworking!
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Well organized with ability to multi-task
- Broad experience across the entire life of the project
