We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, coffee, food service, and leadership.

As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, motivating teamwork, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise, motivate, lead, and provide for strong, professional teamwork among employees during scheduled shifts.
• Ensure efficient food production and service in compliance with quality standards.
• Train new team members.
• Oversee inventory management and ordering.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
• Control Profit & Loss.

Skills and Qualifications :

• Available to work a flexible schedule, this includes Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays AND Holidays.
• Previous experience ( 1 year minimum) in food industry / restaurant or fast-food management.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service.

General and Safety :

• Comply with all Company Safety Policies.
• Must perform physical activities in a variety of environmental conditions that require moderate strength including climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, and handling of materials.

Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

The position requires a lifting of 25 lbs. Anything over 25 lbs. assistance will be given to you.
