After School Activity Leader

As an Activity Leader on our team, you will work closely with teachers and other Activity Leaders to support the day-to-day activities of after-school clubs.

When you join Kalexedy Learning Center, a private microschool, as our new After-school Activity Leader, you'll be part of creating special moments for kids. No specific experience is required, but the ideal candidate will have :

• Passion for Working with Children : Promote an inclusive, fun, and engaging experience. Share passions and encourage others to find theirs.
• Enthusiasm and Organizational Skills : Assist in planning and delivering structured activities, games, and programming. Help children develop and feel safe, seen, and included.
• Authenticity : Bring your unique self into the space—whether through spontaneous dance, playing games, or sharing fun videos—to build meaningful connections.
• Responsibility and Reliability : Ensure children's safety and enjoyment by following all safety guidelines with integrity.
• Creativity and Innovation : Embrace innovation, risk-taking, and continuous learning. Be resourceful, self-motivated, and adaptable to challenges.
