Job Title : Quality Assurance Specialist

Duration : 4+ months

Location : Lynnfield, MA 01940

Anticipated Start Date : ASAP

Job Type : Contract (40 hrs. a week)

Pay Rate : $17-18 / hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Work Schedule :

6 : 00pm to 2 : 30am M-F

Job Description : QA Job Description :

• Inspecting that overall print and mail output quality meets client and USPS specifications.
• Inspect reconciliation process of client sent piece counts and print / mail output piece counts.
• Observe print, insertion, and Custom Insert transaction processing for compliance with Quality Assurance SOPs.
• Support operational compliance with Conduent InfoSec001 policies.
• Immediately alerting operations to QA non-compliance situations by :
• Stopping non-compliant transaction processing.
• Notifying shift supervision and / or operations management of non-compliant transaction processing concern.
• Cooperating with Operations to identify, assess, and recover from QA non-compliance.
• Increasing QA inspection of non-compliant production to ensure recovery actions have been implemented, and until desired improvement is achieved and sustained.
• By engaging Operations or SBU Manager directly, if Shift or Quality Supervisor or Supervisor are unavailable.
