Senior Accounting Manager
Confidential search for client in Real Estate Industry. Client provides private commercial loans as an alternative to a bank / investor.
Looking to add an experienced Senior Accounting / Finance Manager. Hybrid schedule- 3 days in office and 2 remote. Role will be fully onsite for first 90 days due to training.

KEYS :
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting
- Minimum 5 years of management experience (will be leading team of 6)
- Real estate experience highly preferred, ideally someone who has worked on debt side
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling
- NetSuite experience is a must (recently switched to NetSuite, looking for someone who can assist with training / questions)
- Advanced excel experience required
- Exemplary internal and external communication skills (will be communicating with stakeholders frequently)
- CANDIDATES MUST BE WITHIN 20 MILE RADIUS OF SANTA MONICA
