Picco is building the first AI System of Action for Growth. Starting with automating GTM motions and systems tasks that take up 50% of workers' time. We are using AI to solve the redundant tasks and workflow challenges between the many SaaS tools it takes to grow revenue. We're seeking a GTM Operations & Customer Success Lead to help drive our revenue growth.
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands‑on
GTM & Customer Success Lead
who can bridge the gap between technical operations and customer experience. You’ll work closely with the Head of Growth and founding team to build scalable campaign systems, onboard early customers, and ensure adoption and expansion. This will be a hybrid role, expected to be in the office in Pioneer Square in Seattle as needed but at a minimum of 3 days per week.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage chaos — someone who can move fluidly between writing outbound campaigns, configuring marketing automations, helping with marketing, running customer demos, managing customer success and growth and acting as the connective tissue between growth, engineering and customers.

Responsibilities
GTM Systems & Campaigns
Set up and run marketing systems and campaigns.
Configure and manage outbound email and marketing systems (Picco, Smartlead, HubSpot, etc.)
Build, test, and optimize outbound email campaigns with personalization and segmentation.
Manage integrations between CRM, analytics, and campaign systems.
Set up dashboards and reporting workflows to track funnel metrics and performance.
Support A / B testing, domain warm-up, and deliverability monitoring.
Customer Success & Growth
Onboard new customers through live walkthroughs and onboarding sessions.
Run demos for prospective customers, gathering real‑time feedback and insights.
Serve as the voice of the customer to inform product roadmap, UX, and feature prioritization.
Monitor account health, trials, identify upsell opportunities, and drive customer renewals and expansions.
Troubleshoot early customer issues and elevate bugs to the product team.
Contribute to customer documentation, playbooks, and training materials.
Collaboration
Partner closely with the Head of Growth to align on GTM priorities.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering on feedback loops and new feature validation.
Work with Marketing on success stories, testimonials, and case studies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Computer Science; Strong technical aptitude if Marketing or Business.
3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering / Ops, Marketing Tech or Customer Success roles.
Strong hands‑on experience with outbound tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly, Clay, etc.).
Examples of customer‑facing working experience.
Bonus :
Basic scripting or workflow automation knowledge (Zapier, Make, Python, etc.).
Experience at an early‑stage SaaS or B2B platform.
Familiarity with AI / LLM‑based tools or growth automation systems.
Experience with Advertising, PR and Social Media Marketing.
Prior experience interfacing between Sales, Marketing, and Product.
