Customer Service and Logistics Specialist

The Customer Service & Logistics Specialist will focus on the Wholesale business, ensuring the timely shipment and receipt of product to our Wholesale partners.

Responsibilities :

  • The Customer Service Specialist will support the commercial teams for Wholesale and Wholesession businesses.
  • Coordinate with IT Team to support with implementation of inventory management and revenue per door Wholesale and Wholesession Customer Management and coordination with Logistics.
  • Support with shipments and returns management
  • Coordinate Factor / credits for shipments
  • EDI's orders management and reconciliation
  • Support logistics functions including tracking the shipments from Italy and provide assistance on the status of goods

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-4 years experience within Customer Service and Logistics
  • Proficiency in Stealth preferred
  • Strong excel skillset
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and deadline oriented environment
