A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative II - RGA (remote USA).
Key Responsibilities :
Responds to and resolves customer / sales requests including returns, pricing credits, damages / shipment discrepancies and defective products
Collaborates with other departments regarding the accurate and timely processing of credits and returns
Adheres to established service quality standards and processing times while staying updated on new processes and initiatives
Required Qualifications :
2 years of customer service experience in an ACD environment
Strong knowledge and understanding of mainframe systems
Good PC and Excel knowledge, along with excellent keyboarding skills
Ability to balance multiple assignments and prioritize projects efficiently
Participates in Continuous Improvement and supports PPI projects
