Position : Maintenance Supervisor
Location : Winston-Salem, NC
Pay : $65,000 / year - $95,000 / year (depending on experience)
Experience : 5-7 years maintenance experience; 4 years of supervisory experience; 4 years of supervisory experience
Education : High school diploma or GED
Type : Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule : 2-2-3 schedule; 5 : 30 p.m. to 6 : 15 a.m.
Greene Resources is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description :
- Ensure the efficient operation and support of our maintenance department
- Assign PM’s, checking completion and tracking rates
- Manage and direct daily activities to team members
- Ensure all safety standards, policies and procedures are followed
- Review the operation of plant equipment and systems, solving problems promptly and identify improvement opportunities
- Make calls to tech support for issues with machines, responsible for lean manufacturing, 5S, 6-Sigma
- Work with the departments to implement processes and develop improvement plans
- Create department procedures and facilitates training
Position Requirements :
- Must have good leadership capabilities and oral and written communication skills with highly skilled technicians
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and plumbing problems
- Hard-working and dependable with a desire to grow
- Experience with 5S, 6 Sigma
- Programmable Logistics Controller (PLC) training
