About The Role
They are currently seeking an Industrial Superintendent in Atlanta, GA to work on a number of industrial projects.
As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for the overall management of construction projects, from planning and scheduling to budgeting and safety.
Some of the key duties include.
- Collaborate with the project manager to provide high-level reporting on costs and profitability.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of construction projects.
- Developing, and executing project schedules and budgets, and ensuring that projects meet all safety and quality standards.
- Follow the project filing and documentation organization system as dictated for the project. Updates drawings, logs, diaries, and inspection notebooks.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Superintendent for a general contractor
- Experience working on large industrial projects
- Strong health & safety knowledge
