This high profile positions requires a pre-employment background check and drug test.
Preferred Qualifications : A perfect position for anyone with previous cleaning, custodial, janitorial, or housekeeping experience!
Job Duties :
- Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Make adjustments and minor repairs
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Essential Functions :
- Comfortable with lots of walking, bending, reaching, stooping, squatting and lifting up to 40 pounds individually.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
- Able to work a whole shift while standing.
Schedule : Monday through Friday (6am-2 : 30pm)
