Position : PRN Physical Therapist
Pay : Competitive rate of $65 / hour

Responsibilities and Duties
As a Right at Home Occupational Therapist, you'll help clients enhance their daily living skills through :
- Assessment & Evaluation : Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ physical abilities and needs.
- Personalized Treatment Plans : Develop tailored plans to enhance mobility and strength.
- Follow Established Care Plans : Implement and adhere to established care plans to ensure consistent and effective therapy.
- Therapeutic Activities : Implement exercises and activities to promote recovery and independence.
- Client Education : Teach clients and families strategies for managing conditions and enhancing function.
- Progress Monitoring : Assess client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaboration : Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of assessments and treatment plans.
- Advocacy : Support clients in navigating healthcare resources.
- Emotional Support : Encourage clients to stay motivated throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Requirements :
- Education : Doctoral or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
- Licensure : Valid Alabama PT license.
- Experience : In-home physical therapy experience preferred.
- Physical Capability : Ability to lift / move up to 50 lbs without assistance.
- Driver’s License : Valid license and current automobile insurance.
- Background Check : Must pass a criminal background check.
