Job Title : Formulation Development Scientist
Job Description
Support formulation development of gene therapy (adeno-associated virus, lipid nanoparticles). Use forced-degradation and stability studies to improve the storage strategy in frozen, lyophilized, and liquid storage forms.
Support development of drug-product processes for pipeline programs. Collaborate with Drug-product team members to design and support key IND and BLA enabling studies, including stability, administration (in-use), container closure, manufacturing optimization, and related tasks.
Maintain and operate key analytics for biophysical characterization to assess changes in AAV titer, high molecular weight, and other quality attributes.
This includes HPLC, particulate measurement (HIAC, HALO), and electrophoresis (Labchip).

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Work Environment
Hours : Flexible start time, anywhere from 7-9am, then finish out your 8 hour day. Dress Code : Business casual. All labs have been renovated as well as the building in general. Very strong culture.
