- ProSidian Seeks a Document Review Level 5 Document Classification / Declassification Review EHSS0007011 Engagement Team Analyst 4 Labor Category - STD Level Exempt Professional aligned under services related to NAICS : 541611 located Washington, DC supporting The Office of Environment, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) is The Department of Energy (DOE)’s central organization responsible for health, safety, environment, and security;
- providing corporate-level leadership and strategic vision to coordinate and integrate these vital programs. EHSS is responsible for policy development and technical assistance;
safety analysis; and corporate safety and security programs. The Office of Environment, Health, Safety and Security advises DOE Senior Leadership on all matters related to environment, health, safety and security across the complex.
Seeking Document Review Level 5 candidates with with relevant Energy, Resources, And Industrials Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Energy, Resources, And Industrials Sector Clients such as EHSS.
This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.
JOB OVERVIEW
Provide services and support as a Cost Reimbursement (Document Review Level 5) in the Energy, Resources, And Industrials Industry Sector focussing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as The Department of Energy ( DOE OC - EHSS) Office of Classification (OC) Office of Environment, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) Located In Washington, DC and across the Mid Atlantic Region.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Document Review Level 5
- Conduct complex reviews, including bracketing, auditing, and surveys for sensitive and classified documents.
- Perform lead roles in high-priority document declassification projects.
- Prepare Reports to Congress and support high-level inquiries and investigations.
- Act as a primary reviewer for declassification decisions, coordinating with other agencies when necessary.
- Identify and resolve issues related to Restricted Data (RD) / Formerly Restricted Data (FRD) / Transclassified Foreign Nuclear Information (TFNI) / Department of Energy National Security Information (DOE NSI) documents.
Qualifications
Desired Qualifications For Document Review Level 5 Document Classification / Declassification Review EHSS0007011 ( EHSS0007011 ) Candidates :
- Extensive experience with federal classification processes, FOIA, and Privacy Act.
- Expertise in handling high-risk documents, coordinating multi-agency reviews, and adhering to national security guidelines.
Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in document review and declassification.
- Certification in relevant security review and classification processes.
Skills Required
- Expert-level knowledge of classification guidelines.
- Strong leadership and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in preparing detailed, high-level reports and handling sensitive information.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
Competencies Required
Excellent oral and written communication skills (This employer participates in the e-Verify program). Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)
