RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with Managers and HR Business Partners to share relevant HR data for their team to improve their productivity.
- Perform analysis of complex and voluminous workforce data from different variety of sources.
- Analyze and mine data from a variety of sources to identify patterns and correlations among the various data points.
- Identify new sources of data and methods to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Perform queries and interpret business data requests to create efficient queries.
- Enhance HR data reporting and analytics capabilities by leveraging appropriate tools and technologies.
- Improve the quality of data and usability by driving an understanding and adherence to the principles of data quality management including metadata, lineage, and business definitions.
- Work collaboratively with appropriate Technology teams to manage security mechanisms and data access governance.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate more than just numbers.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, information systems, mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis and reporting
- Experience in managing sensitive and confidential data.
- Hands-on experience in pattern and trend identification in large data sets.
- Experience in data integration and data governance practices, and familiarity with relevant data protection and privacy regulations.
- Strong focus on continuous improvement and value creation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative while also working collaboratively with others in a team environment.
- Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands and opportunities; ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple, detailed tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce quality work product under time constraints.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex data analysis to business stakeholders.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Master’s degree in data science, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- Experience in working with employee productivity data.
- Hands-on experience in Workday & Teramind.
- Expert Microsoft Office Suite skills.
