Position Overview

The Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance department, ensuring efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and facilities. This role focuses on implementing effective maintenance strategies, including preventative and predictive maintenance, to minimize downtime and optimize production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the maintenance team, providing guidance and training as necessary.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies for manufacturing equipment, particularly in extrusion processes.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Oversee the scheduling and execution of preventative maintenance tasks to reduce the likelihood of equipment failure.
• Utilize predictive maintenance techniques to identify potential issues before they lead to equipment breakdowns.
• Collaborate with production management to align maintenance activities with manufacturing schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance metrics.
