RN Job Summary :
Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.
RN Job duties and responsibilities :
- Maintains accurate, detailed reports and records.
- Records patients' medical information and vital signs.
- Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
- Consult and coordinate with Physician and / or Anesthesiologist to assess plan, and implement and evaluate patient care plans.
- Medical care for pre and post-operative surgical patients.
- Assisting with surgical procedures.
- Administers Intravenous fluids and medications as ordered by the Physician and / or Anesthesiologist.
- Performs multiple tasks and duties.
RN Skills and Qualifications :
- Verbal communication
- Energy level - physical demands
- Integrity
- Medical teamwork-Social Perceptiveness
- Nursing skills - CPR and ACLS certified
- Time management
- Confidentiality - HIPAA
