Minimum 1+ years occupational therapy experience required.

Soliant is seeking a dedicated COTA to join our team and assist in delivering top-notch occupational therapy services to individuals in need.
Requirements :
- Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a COTA
- Strong interpersonal and munication skills
- Previous experience in a clinical or educational setting is preferred
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans
- Assist in conducting evaluations and assessments to identify clients' needs and goals
- Provide therapeutic interventions to help individuals develop or regain daily living skills, fine motor skills, and sensory integration abilities
- Work closely with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure prehensive care
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and session notes
