Minimum Years of Experience : 2 years experience required (experience with Critical patients requiring ventilator support typically transferred to larger facility)

Traveler Experience : Unit accepts first time travelers

Locals Accepted : Out of state travelers only

Skills : Management of dysrhythmias, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Telemetry

Certs : ACLS, BCLS, Critical Care or IMC Course

SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS : ED physician, nursing supervisor, and Respiratory therapy in house 24 / 7. Critical patients requiring ventilator support typically transferred to larger facility.

SPECIAL EQUIPMENT : Telemetry monitoring. Capnography capabilities.

UNIT SYSTEMS (Medication, Documentation, Communication) : Omnicell, CERNER, SBAR

UNIT ORIENTATION : 24hrs - Two twelve hour shifts for orientation.

SCRUBS : Navy Blue
