The Audit Manager will be responsible for leading and managing third-party Audit and Risk Assessments of companies across all industries.

The Audit Manager should have 7+ years in a similar role for a public accounting firm.

Job Details

Responsibilities :

  • Plan, manage, and execute complex audit projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to audit team members, fostering an environment that encourages professional growth and high performance.
  • Evaluate and improve our internal audit processes and controls to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate those risks.
  • Prepare and present detailed audit reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAS and other relevant auditing standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the implementation of corrective actions and compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, developments, and changes in regulations.
  • Lead special audits and investigations as required.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Master's degree, CPA, or CISA certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in external audit, public accounting, or a similar role in the finance industry.
  • Proficient knowledge of GAAS, internal controls, compliance, and risk assessment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex data.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex audit findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficient in using audit software and other related IT systems.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations.
