Key Responsibilities : Sales Strategy and Execution : Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Account Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our products and services.

Order Management : Initiate and manage order processes, ensuring timely creation and dispatch of invoices, and confirming payment processing with both clients and accounting.

Project Coordination : Liaise with the production team post-kickoff to ensure all project aspects, including lead times, shipping schedules, and customizations, meet customer expectations.

Timeline Verification : Verify production schedules and timelines and communicate critical activities such as shipping and project milestones to relevant stakeholders.

Client Communication : Manage all post-sale communications, including milestone updates, payment acknowledgements, product inquiries, and installation and delivery preparations.

Post-Delivery Support : Handle all post-delivery aspects, including addressing installation issues, product-related questions, post-sale follow-ups, and conducting customer surveys / reengagements.

Reporting : Track STEELSTACK brand metrics and generate reports for sales and production teams. Requirements : Organizational Skills : Highly organized with an exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Communication Skills : Outstanding communicator capable of effectively interacting with customers and internal teams across various departments.

Accountability : Proven ability to hold production teams accountable to schedules and quality standards. Sales Experience : Experience in inside sales and account management is a plus.

Motivation : Committed and motivated towards growing the SteelStack brand. Self-Starter : Demonstrates a desire to grow personally and contribute to a key division within a growing company.

Experience : At least four years of post-school experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to navigate with minimal direction and reduced visibility.

People and Process : Required to become familiar with the manufacturing operation and process, build relationships and become familiar with the team.
