We are Hiring HVAC Service Technicians to join our team. This position will be providing annual maintenance and on demand service to residential and light commercial customers.

Job Title : HVAC Service Technician

Pay Rate : $35.00 to $45.00 per hour, depending on experience + spiffs

Work Hours : Monday through Friday, 7 : 30am to 4 : 30pm, with occasional overtime

    • What you will be doing :

  • Delivering Excellent Customer Experiences by providing service, maintenance, and repair on primarily residential and some light commercial heating and air conditioning systems
  • Consulting with customers regarding repair and replacement options; Replacement needs are forwarded to the Comfort Advisor / Salesperson
  • Educating clients on indoor air quality products that fit customers' needs
  • Communicating with the service manager about product needs, training enhancement, or desired specialty training

    • Qualifications / Skills :

  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • 2 + years of HVAC service experience
  • Residential Service experience required
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • NATE Certification or willingness to acquire once employed
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
  • Familiarity with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
  • Experience making repair and replacement recommendations
  • Low voltage license or commitment to acquire within 2 years of employment
  • Advanced customer service skills
  • Possession of required tools
  • Willingness to invest time in developing your skills and knowledge through training
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School is desired
