ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet fans and provide world-class plus service
- Assist fans with retail purchases through Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Assist with stocking retail merchandise on sales floor
- Assist with replenishing retail merchandise on displays / shelves during and after games
- Assist with inventory of merchandise
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be 18 years old with high school diploma or GED required
- Must successfully complete pre-employment background check screening
- Experience working in retail or sales preferred, cash handling skills preferred
- Ability to learn and retain inventory knowledge so that you will be able to assist guests looking for certain products and utilize knowledge to up sell retail products
- Ability to provide a fun and professional environment for fans
- Outgoing personality and desire to provide world-class plus service to fans
- Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional accuracy when using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time and ability to lift a maximum of 25 pounds
- Physical requirements include sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, lifting, and grasping
