What we expect from you
Overseeing operations, you will develop and mentor your team and ensure a positive dining experience for your customers by monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures, maximizing store sales and profit goals, maintaining QSC standards, and ensuring protection of Wendy's brand and assets.
The General Manager must be able to perform each thefollowing essential functions :
- Must beable to come to work promptly and regularly
- Must beable to take and provide direction and work well with others
- Must beable to work in a fast paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks withinestablished timeframes
- Must beable to stand much of the work day
- Must beable to concentrate and perform duties accurately
