Job Description

The Site Coordinator serves as on-site administrative and quality support under the direction of the Site Superintendent. You will coordinate material handling, logistics, tool tracking, and documentation while also assisting with safety, quality assurance, and production tracking. The right person plays a key role in maintaining site efficiency, organization, and accountability across materials, tools, and crew progress.

Qualifications

What You'll Do

  • Material and Equipment Management

Oversee and accept all deliveries on site, ensuring materials and equipment are offloaded and stored properly.

  • Maintain accountability of all site materials and report shortfalls to the Site Superintendent and Project Management team.
  • Tool and Asset Oversite
  • Coordinate with crew and foreman to identify tool needs, escalating non-standard requests to the Site Superintendent

  • Documentation and Reporting
  • Populate Traqspera timecards for crew members using appropriate phase codes.

  • Prepare and submit daily logs in Procore, including progress updates, quality assurance checks and photos as required.
  • Safety and Quality Assurance
  • Support implementation of quality and safety measures under direction from the Site Superintendent and PM team.

    You’re someone who shows up ready to work hard, learn fast, and contribute to a team that takes pride in doing things right. Successful candidates typically bring :

  • Experience in Project Management, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent combination of education
  • Knowlege of electrical construction
  • Possess and maintain a valid drivers license
  • Must be available to travel extensively (up to 100%) within regional states, including overnight stays for up to weeks at a time if required
