Role and Responsibilities

  • Maintains a neat and orderly environment in work and common areas.
  • Works well with others.
  • Communicates well with co-workers.
  • Uses office business applications / software and desktop publishing software to create and publish documents exemplifying a professional organization.
  • Coordinates efforts to ensure efficient office operations for the Commercial Service Department.
  • Processes accounts payable / receivable invoices.
  • Processes payment reporting and aging reports.
  • Is trained and provides backup to service coordinator / dispatch.
  • Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year experience in an office environment, billing or bookkeeping experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work efficiently using personal computer, Sage, MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook 365, and all office equipment
  • Current Florida driver's license
