Job Overview :

This role is responsible for the supervision of all day-to-day workflows for the Crisis Receiving Stabilization Center programming including but not limited to supervision of all staff clinical case reviews, building operations, data collection and reporting, hiring, training, and ongoing support of all employees in the department, as well as ensuring compliance with all regulatory statutes and stipulations identified in the grant documents.

Qualifications : Required :

Required :

• Must possess a Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling with current NJ licensing such as a LSW, LAC, LCSW, or LPC, or completed a BSN and have a current RN.
• 5 years of experience in mental health services.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.

Certifications and Licenses Required :

LSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC, or RN license.

Scheduling Requirements :

• Shift working, 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM each day.
• Full-Time.

Essential Functions :

• In accordance with hospital and department procedures, responsible for the administration of the operations of Early Intervention Support Services.
• Responsible for reporting identified safety issues such as hazardous environments, damaged floors, unsecured areas, and medical errors.
• Ensure that the division is in compliance with all applicable policies, laws, and regulations.
