Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Senior Project Manager in Tampa, FL.
This role is a pivotal and strategic hire, and the successful candidate will be given the opportunity to shape and guide the company into the future, with potential for partnership in the firm.
Senior Project Manager Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary for the Project Manager is between $125,000.00 and $130,000.00. Total compensation for the position well exceeds the salary.

Senior Project Manager Duties & Responsibilities
- Reports directly to VP and President of the company and is responsible for overall success of the projects from cradle to grave including estimating, procurement, budgets, schedule, deliverables, communication of all efforts related.
- Monitor project costs and job cost reports.
- Identify problems and recommend solutions for review and implementation.
- Assist with business development work.
- Build and sustain relationships with clients.
- Focus on maintaining client satisfaction.
- Document punch lists and participate in project close out.
- Prepare and track Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Participate in business, industry, and community activities to build and strengthen professional relationships.
- Promotes job site safety, encourages safe work practices, and rectifies job site hazards immediately.
- Understands the project plans and specifications.
- Demonstrates strong leadership characteristics.
Project Manager Qualifications
- 5 10 years of industry experience with a minimum of 3 year of experience as a Project Manager, overseeing commercial, hospitality, educational, institutional, and or healthcare / life sciences construction projects.
- BS degree in construction or engineering required.
- Four-year college degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
- Minimum three years of successful construction / project management experience.
- Experience in estimating, scheduling, quality control, and problem solving.
- Ability to own the lifecycle of a project.
- Experience with industry standard software.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
