A boutique Patent Litigation Law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-7+ years of experience to join their team. Qualified candidates will have worked on some form of patent litigation - someone who has had some exposure to patent litigation and wants to focus their practice will be considered.
This will be working on pharmaceutical patent litigation - exposure to that or a general interest / experience with the life sciences / pharma world is a plus.
This role can sit fully remote - though will travel for trial. This is a partnership track position with a clear path to partnership.
Compensation is competitive and there is no billable hour requirement, and attorneys are averaging well below their colleagues in Big Law.
