We are currentlyrecruiting on behalf of a leading company in the communicationssector known for its innovative solutions and commitment toexcellence.
They are seeking an experienced and detailorientedFinancial Controller to lead their finance team. This positionoffers the opportunity to take ownership of financial operationsand work closely with senior leadership in providing strategicinsights.
- Responsibilities;
- FinancialOperations : Oversee the daytoday financialactivities of the business ensuring compliance and operationalefficiency.
- Budgeting &Forecasting : Lead budgeting and forecastingprocesses across departments and locations providing essentialfinancial insights.
- CashflowManagement : Manage cashflow projections andshorttomidtermforecasting.
- SystemReconciliation : Supervise reconciliations acrossfinance platforms to ensure accuracy in aged debt and otherfinancial systems.
- TeamLeadership : Manage and mentor junior finance staffwith scope for progression as the teamgrows.
- Reporting : Produce monthly and quarterly management reports alongside yearendaccounts preparation.
- Compliance& VAT : Ensure financial compliance and handleVAT preparation and filing across multipleentities.
- StakeholderEngagement : Work closely with key stakeholders tosupport decisionmaking and provide financialrecommendations.
Theideal candidate will be / have :
- ACA ACCA or CIMAqualified.
- 2 years of postqualificationexperience (ideal for candidates transitioning from practice intoindustry).
- Strong accounting skills withproficiency in financial software and MSExcel.
- Experience in leading teams andcollaborating with senior stakeholders.

- Competitive salary with a range of 64000 to76000 per annum.
- Fulltime permanent role withworking hours from 09 : 30 to 18 : 00 and early finish onFridays.
