We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team!

As an Office Manager at B&B Locksmith, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, manage administrative tasks, coordinating our locksmith technician's daily schedules, and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsiblities :

  • Supervise and lead office staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Coordinate and manage our locksmith technician's daily schedules
  • Handle payroll
  • Plan and coordinate office meetings
  • Maintain office calendars and schedules efficiently
  • Handle vendor relationships and procurement processes
  • Manage front desk operations to ensure smooth workflow

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in locksmith or service industry is preferred*
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred*
  • Excellent organizational abilities and strong communication skills
  • Strong team management skills and task prioritization
  • Proficiency in supervising staff
  • Knowledge of human resources practices
  • Ability to plan and execute office events effectively
  • Proficient in calendar management for scheduling purposes
  • Skilled in vendor management
  • Familiarity with general office operations
