job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues. Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns within the location to the appropriate personnel. Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits and verifying credentials as required. Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency situations, including evacuations and medical incidents, by following site-specific procedures. Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by site protocols. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. Security Officer - Retail Mall Driver
As a Security Officer - Retail Mall Driver in Meridian, ID, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a bustling retail and mall location, you will conduct regular patrols and remain highly visible throughout the property to help to deter security-related incidents. Your presence and proactive approach will contribute to a welcoming environment for guests and tenants. This position requires a valid driver's license, as you may be responsible for driving during your patrols.
