Pay Rate : Depending upon experience. Advancement and promotion opportunities available!

Job Description :
- Shifts range between 4-12 hours, depending upon availability.
- Personal care, meal preparation, errands, medication reminders, transfers (Gait Belt, Hoyer / Sit to Stand, Pivot Transfers), other assistance as requested by client.
- Light housekeeping, laundry and other household chores as visually observed.
- Promote a safe and caring environment
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
Job Requirements :
- MUST be willing to drive 20-30 minutes or more to / from client's home
- Have caregiving experience and / or a CNA, PCA, LPN, or RN (2 years minimum)
- Valid Driver’s License with valid car insurance / reliable transportation
- Pass a comprehensive background check and reference check
- Pass PHC’s skills & knowledge assessment
- Ability to show empathy and kindness to others
- Experience working with Alzheimer's, Dementia, Parkinson's, or ALS patients a plus
- Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills; High School Diploma or equivalent
