We’re hiring for a Senior Paralegal who will serve as a Player / Coach working closely with the paralegals, attorneys, and contract administrators in practice areas relating to the leasing of real estate and supply of motor fuels to operators of retail gas stations.

This position will supervise Contract Administrators. We offer a flexible work environment.

Gauges of Responsibility

  • Responsibilities include assigning, monitoring and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, directing efforts and providing guidance to contract administrators.
  • Keep track of all relevant documents and signature pages for the attorneys and / or paralegals;
  • Proofread, duplicate, and scan documents to PDF, format and save to document management system;
  • Prepare legal contracts from pre-defined templates
  • Organize and maintain contract correspondence, and create and / or maintain databases to track contracts;
  • Communicate and work with counterparties to obtain countersigned contracts / confirmations;
  • Update contract templates as necessary to reflect changes in law and / or business needs
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Additional Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years experience to contract administration preferred
  • Ability to foster teamwork.
  • Must have organizational and Interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking skills.
