Dispatcher / CSR -

We are looking to hire a quality individual who is interested in a long-term opportunity and who is eager to learn and improve their skills.
Precision Air is searching for a Dispatcher / CSR to join our fun, fast-paced, and busy team.
Essential Job Duties :
- Maintaining the daily schedule for both service techs and installation teams
- Answering incoming calls
- Booking jobs for service department
- Communicating with customers daily for follow ups, tech arrival updates, scheduling, and more
- Fast-paced environment with strong teamwork environment
- High typing and multitasking skills required
Requirements & Qualifications :
- 1-3 years related experience and / or training in customer service, dispatching or project management, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proactive & accountable
- Self-motivated, fast learner and highly organized multi-tasker with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills especially under pressure
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan and HVAC dispatching is ideal (will train for right person)
- Team player who is a self-starter and able to learn independently
- Confident in utilizing and learning new software programs
- Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must enjoy helping and working with others
Job Type : Full-time
Salary : $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours : 40 per week
Benefits :Schedule :
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
