We are a small sales and distribution firm in the construction industry, looking for the right person who will be the coordinator for office activities.

You must be : organized, dependable, punctual, self-motivating.

You will be working with an Estimator to help create product Quotes. You will be emailing and calling clients on a daily basis for items like : Bid schedule, project construction schedules, project specifications.

You will also work with a Project Manager during the project, on items such as : Lead time, logistics (shipping), installation scheduling, close-out documentation.
