Job Responsibilities Deliver nursing care in the Critical Care unit, including assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, evaluating, and educating patientsCommunicate with various health care team members, patients, and their familiesCoordinate and delegate appropriate patient care activities to inter-professional colleaguesUpdate and manage patient recordsEnter and interpret computerized data / informationFollow guidelines and policies established by Client nursing organizationAssist the leadership team as needed in quality improvement projects Job Requirements Licensed to practice professional nursing as a registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
1+ years of RN experience preferredCertification in basic life support (BLS)Advanced Cardiac Life support (ACLS) certification required in certain unitsNursing degree : Diploma, ASN or BSN (preferred), Ability to obtain BSN within 4 yearsRelevant clinical experience and / or specialty, certification required for certain practice areasEffective verbal and written communication skillsPhysical ability to meet job responsibilitiesBasic computer proficiencyFluency in another language a plus Job Benefits Competitive pay
