Position Summary
Attendants are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction for external and internal customers by maintaining cleanliness and providing friendly and helpful service throughout events, performing routine cleanliness and maintenance tasks / projects in the facility, and occasional event set-up.
Operations workers are also responsible for keeping the environment safe and hazard free for entertainers, guests, patrons, and staff, and at all times
Working Conditions :
Must be able to work safely in an environment containing caustic chemicals & cleaning materials (with appropriate personal protective equipment), debris, dust, and trash.
Routinely required to work indoors and outdoors in the weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level in the work environments is minimal to moderate during non-event times and moderate to loud during event times.
Typical hours include nights, weekends and holidays as necessary
This role will pay an hourly wage of $15.13.

Responsibilities
- Performs custodial tasks (sweeping, mopping, cleaning, scrubbing) as assigned
- Prepare facilities for events as assigned (including setting chairs, stages, tables, counters) (Lifting up to 50
- Ground cleaning and trash removal as assigned. (Up to 50
- Cleaning of interior and exterior glass.
- Cleaning of offices.
- Use cleaning cart as assigned.
- Use cleaning equipment as required upon completion of training.
- Clean and prepare floors and carpets.
- Set up chairs, tables and staging as required.
- Clean and polish furniture.
- Clean restrooms during events and for regular building maintenance as per established procedures.
- Handle all waste and participate in recycling program.
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Clean floors, drinking fountains, chairs, seating, furniture, walls, windows, fixtures, aisles, doors, bathrooms, escalators, windows, and other areas and items throughout the facility
- Empty waste baskets and refuse cans into large refuse dumpster containers recycle as per procedures
- Pick up paper and cardboard, break down cartons if necessary recycle as per procedures
- Sweep away debris on floors, aisles, tables, seats, etc. before during and after events
- Check and restock paper and soap dispensers in restrooms
- Loosen and scrape dirt from floors and grease from floors as necessary
- Provide direction and assistance to guests when asked
