Come practice in Livingston, located approximately 46 miles south of Lufkin and roughly 74 miles northeast of Houston. It is perfectly situated in the rolling hills of East Texas surrounded by acres of forests and only minutes away from Lake Livingston, the second-largest lake in Texas.

- Employed position; must be comfortable supervising NPs and PAs
- Compensation includes $10k sign-on bonus and student loan repayment through NHSC

- Flexible schedule with call shared among 13 providers
