Job Description & Requirements

SUMMARY OF POSITION :

Evaluates, directs, plans, and provides Occupational Therapy treatment for patients of all ages with a wide variety of disabilities to help them achieve a maximum level of functional independence.

Documents patient care and results of treatment appropriately in the medical report to comply with policies and procedures of the department and regulatory agencies.

Demonstrates ability to treat and care for patients of all ages.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S) :

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited ACOTE program and completion of clinical rotations required.
• Licensed to practice as an Occupational Therapist by the state of employment.
• BLS certification before orientation completion.
