Connecticut-based Fintech company seeking a motivated and eager-to-learn Associate Recruiter to join their team. The ideal candidate has 1-4 years of experience, preferably with staffing agency background.
Salary : $80K-$100K, plus bonus and equity.
4-5 days onsite, occasional flexibility to work 1 day remote.
Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, from initial intake meetings to offer stage.
- Manage a high volume of requisitions using the company's applicant tracking system.
- Handling 10-20 requisitions at a time, with busier periods seeing a higher load.
- Involves recruiting for various roles, excluding technology positions flexibility and adaptability are key.
- Scheduling support is provided by a team of coordinators.
- Utilize creative sourcing techniques to generate a diverse and robust candidate pipeline.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
- Track and manage recruitment metrics to ensure transparency and accuracy within HR systems.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new hires.
- Participate in projects that promote diversity, candidate experience, and overall employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration).
- 1-4 years of recruitment experience, ideally in-house or with an agency.
- Proven ability to assess resumes, conduct interviews, and provide recommendations to hiring teams.
- Experience in recruiting for various business functions, with a focus on building strong internal relationships.
- Proactive, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
