Parking Management Company is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Parking Manager to join our team. Commercial Parking Manager Duties :

• Schedule staff according to business forecasts, payroll budget guidelines, and productivity requirements.
• Oversee performance reviews, training, and development of all staff to achieve service quality standards.
• Manage all aspects of self-parking operations, including guest interaction and shift coverage.
• Maintain supplies and inventories on an as-needed basis or at a minimum monthly par.
• Motivate Attendant team members and establish a productive working environment at each location.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and respond to those guests who require follow-up.
• Analyze reports and communicate information to staff and appropriate locations.
• Respond quickly to guest requests or complaints in a friendly manner, taking appropriate action to resolve matters. Follow up to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
• Work closely with all client departments to ensure groups and special functions are handled smoothly.
• Coordinate training efforts and continually assess the progress of all staff in technical and service excellence skills.
• Correspond with clients in a consistent manner, reporting financial results and operational overview.

Qualifications

Requirements and Experience :

• Travel : 15-50% (to be determined)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
• Minimum 5 years of hospitality, healthcare, or parking industry experience, OR a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong team-building skills and the ability to motivate others.
• Team-player mindset and willingness to collaborate.
• Willingness to take responsibility and act independently when necessary.
• Valid in-state driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass PMC's background check.
• Use of personal cell phones may be required for work purposes.
