Korn Ferry has partnered with our client in their search for a Senior Financial Analyst. This is an opportunity to work with a strong, stable company positioned for growth.
This will be a hybrid schedule, with the candidate needing to be able to come to the office in Atlanta, GA, 2 days a week.
Scope of Responsibilities :
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning and forecasting activities
- Oversee budgeting and profitability analysis
- Work with the finance team to keep improving forecasting processes
- Perform variance analysis of actual compared to forecasted results for leadership
- Prepare monthly reports
- Become an expert on financial software systems
- Utilizes predictive models to provide actionable analysis for financial performance, trends, and long-term forecasts
Skills Needed :
- Analytical and strong financial knowledge
- Ability to interpret data and make explanations, Strong MS Excel knowledge
- Integrity and high ethical standards
- Independent, quick thinker, and excellent communication skills
- Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
Educational & Work Requirements :
- Degree : Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- MBA preferred
- Work Experience : 3-5 years of progressive finance or FP&A experience
