Job Description :
- Provide high-quality patient care in a specialized Burn ICU setting.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Adapt to rotating shifts, including day / night rotations, weekends, and holidays.
- Demonstrate strong critical thinking and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and progress.
- Engage in effective communication with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Utilize advanced nursing skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures.
