MLee Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join the team at a 5-star Physical Therapy clinic near Edison, NJ.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and home exercise programs.
- Document patient progress accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Physical Therapist Qualifications, Licenses, and Certifications :
- Graduate of accredited school of Physical Therapy with Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
- Epic experience needed.
- Must have OASIS documentation abilities.
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- BLS Certification required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
