The Level 1 Trauma ED at Fairfax Hospital is looking for an experienced RN leader for a Full Time mid-shift (1p-1a) Unit Supervisor position.
This Emergency Unit is Northern Virginia’s only Level 1 Trauma Center!

Responsibilities
- Front line leader who is accountable for delivering highly reliable results related to Quality and Best Practices to improve clinical operation of the unit,

- Supports unit-based shared governance and decentralized decision-making structures and processes

Requirements :
- Requires at least one year of Registered Nurse Clinical experience
- More than 2 years of Registered Nurse Clinical Experience specific to the focus of nursing unit preferred
- Associate Degree RNs within one year of completing their BSN
- BSN or MSN preferred
- BLS required. Specialty certification (as required by unit) within 1 year of hire
- Licensed to practice as an RN in the Commonwealth of Virginia
